Below are a few really useful resources for either improving your hec-ras modeling skills or building them. The primary focus will be to take basic or intermediate users and elevate their skills and efficiency. Let me know if I left anything out in the comments.

The HEC-RAS Blog aka The RAS Solution. Linked Here
This has gone through some rebranding, but historically has been the defacto blog for HEC-RAS users who wanted solutions to complex situations, needed a little more insight beyond what the users/technical manuals provided, or really wanted to dive down the rabbit hole.
There is an accompanying youtube channel/vlog located hereÂ
RASHMS Blog. Linked here
This is a relatively newer blog but has tons of specific how to's and documentation. What I really like about this site more than most is that they tend to give a range of inputs for the specific methodology discussed, as well as a discussion on the applicability of those inputs. A lot of other blogs just list out steps of how to do a task, instead of discussing the high level approach to why to choose a modeling methodology and a range of applicable inputs for that methodology.
This is not only a HEC-RAS site, but also has HEC-HMS documentation and SWMM, among others.
The Corps/Internal HEC documentation! Linked Here, and/or download the latest manuals direct from applicable HEC software pages.
FYI HEC's entire online documentation was down for several months in late 2023. While its by far superior to a paper users manual that will quickly get superseded by the latest ras version, it is fragile to not being available at all. Having PDF copies of the users manual, technical manual/hydraulic reference manual, application guide, validation guide, 2D manual, etc, is paramount

Krey has some great videos on youtube, as well as a few good collab videos with the guys from the RAS Solution.
The HEC Example files.
Dont sleep on these.
